I've compiled a list of books I heartily recommend (without being paid to do so) that have helped me tremendously in my winding road towards a healthy life; all of them have a permanent place on my bookshelf, and I cherish them.  Natalia Rose's Detox 4 Women is my main go-to book, both for health and lifestyle as well as for recipes--it's pretty hard to find properly combined vegan and raw-food recipes, especially ones that don't involve one to two days of soaking and dehydrating!  But a girl's got to have an outlet for some serious creativity and a sense of perspective, hence the rest of the books...
